Alliance for Safe and Sustainable Reconstruction (ASSURE) is comprised of environmental planners, architects, engineers and related professionals from all over the country, most of whom have extensive experience working with international development organizations, national government agencies, local government units, and the private sector including private consulting firms. Many of the volunteers have been directly involved with disaster risk mitigation and climate adaptation work.
